Kilnaia's Failed Images Shes Fond of....

Ok, lets just say Im more good with a sketch pad and charcoal pencil. Lets say I really suck at drawing on the computer. However, Im trying to learn and better my artistic skills, so Im posting my works on here.

 

First one up, Fluffy

Fluffy was originally a Hellhound of my own creation. He has served as a character for a dark wolf as well, so he can be viewed as both. This is a pretty bad fail as far as it looks, but it is him down to the extreme basics. He also is somewhat of a innerself/sidekick on all kinds of sites. It is very normal to see me talk to him as if he were really there on the page, and thus my signature for this site was born.

Here is the actual finished version of Fluffy(in a pic with another of my charries). This is how I have always manged to picture Fluffy in my head.

Looks great! You are already getting the hang of things, I like it a lot :) one tool you may like is the smudge tool, its the little finger that has a pointer, try to mess with that and it will help withblending colors and shading to look less computerized :)

Thank you^-^ Smudge? Oh yeah, was thinking of using it, but I started to get really tired last night when I was messing with Fluffy's image. I think I may edit Fluffy again though, my goal is to get his image looking like my sketch pad versions of him. Thanks for the tip, I deffinantly will use it on him today to see what all I can do with it^-^

Heh, thank you Shomei. It took years of practice. In fact, I just started being good at people a couple of years ago. Im still only good if its someone or a character of mine that I practice drawing. The two in the pic is Kinnamie and Tai, some characters from a book Ive been working on. Ive been drawing them for 7 years now, and that pic above is the really only good one out of all of them. In fact, its my main draft now, as it is the most concrete on how I imagine them in my head.

Oh, btw Shomei, when I get some pp together, I want some wolves. How much do you charge for the flying ones?

The flying ones? X3 I normally just use them for dead wolves. The running ones are alive, the flying ones are dead. X3 You don't want a flying one.

NYAH!!! little Arcane and little Caster are so adorable in my siggy^-^ *squeals with excitement* Meep. You did not see, or hear that.

Oh, that makes sense, I get it now. Alright, I was just asking cuz their cute as well XD

Kou and Eli? *ish confuzzled*

Oh! Oh! I want your imput on my idea, you two! I have been wanting to make animations for a long time, just as long as Ive been known how to do a little on paint. However, I have an idea for on here if I am able to get the hang of it. Instead of me doing wolvens though, so as to not take you two's business, I was thinking of maybe doing Helpers.
Of course, this will still be awhile since Im still getting used to Gimp(but I am practicing, Sarah XD). Oh, and I have the beginnings to a animation right now. Its esentially going to be a wolf jumping from behind a bush onto a rabbit. Its far from done, but its going to be my first work^-^

So, what do you think of the Helper Icons idea?

Kou and Eli are a pair of wolves from the roleplay, Kilnaia. :) Kou passed away a few years ago and Eli passed away a few weeks ago. 

 

That sounds neat, you should try it out! Because well, I just color lines and you can actually draw! :)

Heh, yes, ya do do a pretty awesome job, for just fixing bases.

Oh, put a pic of the actual Fluffy up on the first post under the computerized Fluffy. I was thinking of making him a character on here....but I am unsure of when I will do it, or what Element he should have....
